Refund and Returns Policy
At Prohori Tech, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to deliver high-quality products and services. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
To be eligible for a return, you must provide a valid proof of purchase (invoice or order number).
Returns are only accepted for items that are defective, damaged during delivery, or incorrect.
2. Non-returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Used or installed CCTV cameras or devices
Software or digital products (if applicable)
Items damaged due to customer mishandling
3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, a full or partial refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7 working days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
If you need to exchange your product for the same item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
